Ban đầu cũng nhắm dịch Modern Family. Tuy nhiên sau khi down phim về xem, tự nhận thấy ḿnh chưa đủ tŕnh độ chơi series đó, cộng thêm vài nguyên nhân kỹ thuật khác về bản phim và Eng sub, nên đành tiếp tục dịch cartoon lấy kinh nghiệm vậy.
The Legend of Korra là sequel của Avatar: The Last Airbender - một series hoạt h́nh đ́nh đám trên kênh Nickelodeon được phát sóng trong khoảng thời gian 2005 - 2008. Bộ phim đă gặt hái được khá nhiều thành công khi hấp dẫn được cả những khán giả nhỏ tuổi lẫn người trưởng thành, và thường xuyên có mặt trong top những cartoon xuất sắc nhất trong những năm qua. Ngày 14/04 vừa rồi, The Legend of Korra đă chính thức khởi chiếu và tiếp nối câu truyện của ATLA trước đó.
Plot
70 năm sau những sự kiện của "Avatar: The Last Airbender", câu chuyện kể về Avatar kế nhiệm sau Aang - một cô gái trẻ tuổi đầy nhiệt huyết, nổi loạn và can đảm của Nam Thủy Tộc có tên Korra. Đă thành thục ba trong số bốn nguyên tố (Thổ, Thủy và Hỏa), Korra bắt đầu hành tŕnh thu nhận nguyên tố cuối cùng, Phong. Chuyến đi dẫn cô tới trung tâm của thế giới "Avatar" hiện đại, thành phố Cộng Ḥa - một đô thị với công nghệ hơi nước. Một nơi tập hợp đủ các thành phần Thuật sư lẫn thường nhân từ các quốc gia trên thế giới để chung sống. Tuy nhiên, Korra phát hiện ra rằng thành phố Cộng Ḥa chứa đầy rẫy tội phạm cũng như phong trào chống Ngự thuật ngày càng lan rộng, đe dọa chia rẽ nơi đây. Xem th́ cũng được thôi ạ, tất nhiên là sẽ không hiểu một số reference sang series trước, nhưng cũng không đến nỗi

Mấy hôm rồi ngồi Hán Việt hóa toàn bộ các từ tiếng Anh của phim để chất lượng bản dịch được hoàn thiện hơn.
Thực ra ḿnh làm xong ep 4 rồi, nhưng mà do các bản encode của ep 3 và 4 WEB-DL trên mạng hiện đang gặp vấn đề về độ phân giải nên phụ đề bị to ngoại cỡ và hơi méo. Xuất hàng cho HDTV th́ nhanh thôi nhưng chất lượng khá tệ

bên kia dịch cũng hay với vốn sử dụng hán việt ngay từ các tập đầu tiên rồi. với lại em có theo dơi diễn đàn bên bển nghe nói nhóm bên đó cũng sử dụng raw WEB-DL rồi tự encode để fix vấn đề phân giải ǵ đó đó
nói chung có sẵn người đầu tư rồi nên em báo để bác Zen đỡ tốn sức ấy mà, c̣n thiếu nhân lực cho nhiều cái series khác lắm, ko biết trên diễn đàn này có ai dịch doctor who chưa

- Tớ dịch v́ hiện đang theo dơi bộ này và yêu thích thôi, với bên subscene hiện không có sub nào tốt cả.
- Tớ không thích việc encode hardsub cho lắm, nó làm giảm chất lượng bản phim rất nhiều do phải encode 2 lần, và buộc người xem phải sử dụng bản phim của họ. Tiêu chí của PDV vẫn là trung thành với soft sub bạn ạ.I'm also known as: Zenio
