Bộ phim Saving Mr. Banks (c̣n gọi là Saving Mr. Ryan) là phần tiếp theo của phim Saving Private Ryan.

Đây là phim kể về quá tŕnh chuyển thể phim Mary Poppins.
Mary Poppins được xem là "bộ phim hay nhất của hăng Walt Disney" và từng giành 5 giải Oscar vào năm 1965. Tác phẩm này được chuyển thể từ cuốn tiểu thuyết cùng tên của nữ nhà văn P. L. Travers. Cô bảo mẫu Mary Poppins có khả năng ḥa trộn giữa thế giới thực và thế giới ảo đă trở thành người bạn thân thiết của bao đứa trẻ qua nhiều thế hệ là luôn là một cuốn sách gối đầu giường được yêu thích nhất. Tuy nhiên, ít ai biết được để giành được quyền đưa tác phẩm văn học này lên màn ảnh rộng, Walt Disney đă mất tới hơn 20 năm thuyết phục nữ nhà văn P. L. Travers. Năm 2013, hăng Disney quyết định kể lại câu chuyện không nhiều người biết ấy qua bộ phim Saving Mr. Banks.
Hai vai chính là Walt Disney (Tom Hanks) và P. L. Travers (Emma Thompson).
P/S: Hổng phải ḿnh dịch mà là QC cho 2 bạn trẻ @trong_huy và @sydney (syndey = em ḿnh).
Cách nói chuyện của bà P. L. Travers hơi màu mè kiểu Anh (mà thực ra cũng chả phải người Anh) nên không chơi nhanh được. Cứ từ từ, muộn nhất T2.
