Nhân vật chính của series là hai đặc vụ của Sở Mật vụ Pete và Myka. Họ nhận nhiệm vụ mới chuyển về Nam Dakota để làm việc tại một căn cứ bí mật của chính phủ có tên Warehouse 13 (Nhà kho số 13). Đây là một nơi lưu trữ các đồ vật chứa những khả năng siêu nhiên được Chính phủ thu thập từ cuối những năm 80.
Dưới sự giúp đỡ và cộng tác của giáo sư Artie, bộ đôi Pete/Myka bước vào những cuộc phiêu lưu, điều tra những vụ án liên quan đến những đồ vật "thuộc sở hữu" của Warehouse 13 và thu thập chúng.
Bộ phim được cho là lấy "cảm hứng" nhiều từ những series cùng thể loại như X-Files hay Raiders of the Lost Ark. Tập Pilot có thời lượng 1h30 phút của Warehouse 13 có tỉ suất xem cao đạt kỉ lục trên đài Syfy với 3.5 triệu lượt xem. 6 tập tiếp theo liên tục lọt vào top 10 show đc rating cao của Syfy.
Creator của show là những tên tuổi từng làm nên những show danh tiếng cho Syfy như Farscape, Battle Garcia...

Mới có vài tập á mà. Những Series cũ phải ra đầy đủ rồi th́ thường người ta mới có hứng xem

Pete và Myka đến một thị trấn nhỏ để điều tra về một hiện vật làm thay đổi tâm tính con người.
Trong khi Artie tiếp tục đối phó với rắc rối từ vụ hack vào dữ liệu của Nhà kho.
