Anh lang bạt khắp nơi, không dám đối mặt với thực tại. Cho đến một ngày Logan nhận được lời mời đến Nhật Bản từ Yashida - ông trùm trong ngành công nghệ. Trong thời gian tham chiến tại Nhật cuối chiến tranh thế giới thứ II, Logan từng cứu Yashida nên giờ đây, ông muốn đền ơn anh. Nhưng khi đặt chân tới xứ sở hoa anh đào, Logan phát hiện ra nguyên nhân không hề đơn giản như vậy. Anh dần dính sâu vào một âm mưu liên quan tới cả chính trị, băng đảng Yakuza lẫn nội bộ gia đình Yashida.
