Nếu muốn làm ăn với nhau, các bên phải: tiếp xúc, thào luận, ra dự thảo hợp đồng, rồi ra hợp đồng chính thức chứ.
Hợp đồng lại phải có các điều khoản chế tài đặc thù phù hợp với kiểu làm ăn trên mây (online) như thế này.
Túm lại là muốn làm là phải thảo luận thật kỹ. Càng chặt chẻ càng tốt.

Nếu có điều khoản hợp đồng phải có:
- Người dịch không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm nào về bản quyền phim, phim do người thuê cung cấp
