Danh sách các diễn viên tham gia bộ phim bao gồm như là Ryoo Seung, Yoo Joon-sang, Lee Jin-wook....Nội dung bộ phim "Đổi Mạng" xoay quanh cuộc đời của người đàn ông Yeo-hoon, nh́n bề ngoài ít ai biết được một công nhân làm trong nhà máy xí nghiệp nặng có vợ và hai con từng là một lính đánh thuê chuyên nghiệp. Yeo-hoon v́ đă quá chán chường với bắn nhau chém giết nên quyết định cắt đứt mọi liên lạc với các tổ chức xă hội đen để t́m về cuộc sống an nhàn cùng người yêu. Nhưng có vẻ như là định mệnh đang trêu đùa anh khi trong một buổi sáng đă thay đổi hiện trạng tất cả, chứng kiến một lănh đạo doanh nghiệp cấp cao bị sát hại, Yeo-hoon bị bọn côn đồ truy sát và trở thành mục tiêu số 1 của cảnh sát điều tra. Yeo-hoon không ra đầu thú và âm thầm lặng lẽ điều tra để trực tiếp minh oan cho bản thân ḿnh.
