Nội dung:
Một người khách lạ cỡi ngựa từ sa mạc nóng bỏng tới một thị trấn nhỏ miền tây hoang dã. Dân trong thị trấn sợ anh, có ba tay súng muốn hạ anh nhưng thất bại. Anh thuê khách sạn ngủ qua đêm. Trong khi đó, một băng cướp vừa ra tù sắp quay lại thị trấn này để trả thù. Người dân thị trấn quá sợ hãi bọn cướp này nên thuê anh chống lại chúng. Sự việc không đơn giản như cuộc đối đầu giữa bọn cướp với người lương thiện và lai lịch của người khách lạ cũng rất bí ẩn...
