Spring Breakers xoay quanh 4 nữ sinh đại học Faith, Candy, Brit và Cotty. Họ sống cùng nhau trong một ký túc xá, muốn tham gia vào một chuyến phiêu lưu mà không có tiền. Cả 4 quyết định dàn cảnh cướp tiền trong một quán bán thức ăn nhanh. Nhưng cầm tiền chưa nóng tay, họ đã bị bắt vào tù. Vẫn diện trên người những bộ bikini nóng bỏng, các cô gái xuất hiện trước tòa. Nhưng bất ngờ họ được giải cứu bởi một người lạ, một tên côn đồ nổi tiếng tại địa phương. Hắn bao bọc họ, cho họ một chuyến đi nghỉ xuân mà cả 4 không bao giờ có thể tưởng tượng được.
