Sâu trong lòng khu ổ chuột của Jakarta có một tòa chung cư cũ đã trở thành tụ điểm của những tên tội phạm khét tiếng trên toàn thế giới. Tòa nhà được mệnh danh là bất khả xâm phạm, kể cả đối với những thành viên dũng cảm nhất trong lực lượng cảnh sát.
